I’ve been on a real minimal mood recently. After hours of trawling the Pinterest archives, I’ve discovered that what I’ve been hankering for is Scandinavian style. Here are my favourites.
A Vogue-certified Danish It-Girl, Teisbaek is a stylist and former blogger. Her style is the perfect mix of nonchalance, laidback vibes, and elegance.
Vikander, a Swedish actress, producer and dancer, caught my eye in the very moving 2015 film, The Danish Girl. Her petite stature and warm personality is endearing, and she recently covered Vogue! She’s starring in the upcoming American spy action thriller film, Jason Bourne, and has yet to take a bad turn in the public eye.
Mustaparta is a photographer, fashion blogger, stylist and former model. I love her delicate features and willowy frame. Her blog contains a lot of enthusiastic musings about her work and life, and it’s honestly so refreshing to read when someone writes so eagerly.
Rest in peace my dearest Bill. We had our special little thing you and I and it meant the world to me. We flew to Paris together, I loved all our conversations. I loved making you laugh (like in this photo). I had a wall of photographers the opposite direction and I turned around and did some silly jumps. I will miss you Bill. I hope the attire in heaven is varied enough for your discerning lens. Heaven lent the world an angel, but even 87 years wasn't enough 💙
I think I have a thing for delicate features? Smille is a stylist and Fashion Director at Styleby Magazine, as well as Co-founder of space-matters.com. Her work reflects her personal style – clean and minimal without being boring.
Lindstam is a model, and though I’m sure she has some serious style chops, her Instagram really takes the cake. I daresay she’s the funniest model on Instagram, and even though some of her jokes are cheesy, they always put a smile on my face. Bonus: she reminds the world that models are human, too.
What a great way to end this post! See ya in the next one. x
